Know before you go
Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room. Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes prior to their booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the timeslot.Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
