• Please aim to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you miss the cruise there are no refunds as we have strict reservations.
• Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers
• Paid parking is available at the Bayside Marketplace Parking Garage or at meters around Bayfront Park. There is valet parking behind the Hard Rock Cafe
